Pizza Making With Chef Joe Gatto!

Join us for an unforgettable evening making fresh pizza with Chef Joe Gatto and family, Star of Pluto TV’s series called “From Scratch”. We are more than honored to host him, and look forward to all the new things we will learn from him!
Learn to make your own pizza that rivals any pizzeria! Chef Joe Gatto will start off this pizza making team building by guiding you through the process of making your own homemade extraordinary Pizza dough. Chef Joe will also demonstrate pulling fresh Mozzarella cheese to top your own pizzas! With top-notch dough and freshly made cheese, there is only one thing left to build an ultimate pizza pie, the toppings! You will have a plethora of those to choose from to put together your own world-class pizzas and calzones. Yum.

Chef Joe Gatto is an author, host of the hit cutting-edge cooking show, Joe Gatto’s From Scratch currently airing on Pluto TV and Roku. He is a renowned private Chef to A-list clients including NBA and Red Sox players. Chef Joe is best known for his ability to bring people together with cooking by making it accessible, fun and highly memorable.
Joe also hosts prestigious food events such as Boston Magazine’s The Cue, private cooking classes and demos, and is regularly featured on radio shows such as NPR’s On Point for his culinary expertise and vibrant energy. He is also in development on a new TV show called Legends at the Table which will feature some of the biggest names in sports.
In Joe Gatto’s From Scratch, Joe successfully melded his unbridled passion for scratch cooking, entertaining personality and filmmaking background to create a unique cooking show with heart. From making charcoal to hand forging knives to milking cows to making his own bacon, Joe takes food to its origins, and in doing so, showcases the fascinating farmers and food artisans behind it all.
In 2016, Page Street published his book, Seriously From Scratch, an intimate love letter to cooking combined with practical and simple recipes to make all-time favorites such as pasta, pizza, and tamales from scratch.
Joe loves giving back to the community by donating his time to teach people lifelong culinary skills to benefit the Boys and Girls club, The YMCA, Homestart, and many other charities.
