Come join us on Tuesday, February 15th from 6pm to 8pm to learn how to take your cooking skills to the next level.
A bit about our Instructor:
Chef Roy Bene’ trained at the highly commended culinary institute, Le Cordon Bleu. Since 2009, he has worked in and around the restaurant industry, both in the kitchen and as a consultant. He was thrilled to find a community like Salem where his farm-to-table mentality would be embraced and his ‘support local farmers’ battle cry would be heard. He brought his vision to Salem and opened Salem Gnu Kitchen + Salem Gnu 2 U Meal Service in 2020, and helps support and incubate culinary entrepreneurs looking to get into the food industry, as well as contributes to many local causes, such as the Salem V.F.W. Club, Salem State University, Salem Hospital Front Line Staff, Sailing Heals, Acord Food Pantry, Danvers + Hamilton Senior Center, and more!
