Yes, you heard that right … you can learn how to make chocolate! We hope you’ll join us for this exciting event!
In this class, you will learn overall basics of tempering and molding chocolate. Other things you will learn include techniques on how to make a double boiler, how to melt chocolate without seizing or burning it, and seed tempering chocolate. Through discussion, you will also be introduced to a few other methods of tempering. You will learn the basics of preparing, filling and setting chocolate into molds and how to un-mold it, as well!
The best part? You get to eat what you make and take the rest home (if it makes it that far)!
